ACCESS PR LAUNCHES SISTER AGENCY WITH A TWIST
Access PR has announced the launch of Ditto, a sister agency to work on conflicting consumer accounts, and in a world-first, all staff will be twin sisters of existing Access staff.
“We were determined to have a sister agency that reflected our strong values and professionalism and how better to do that than with talented communications professionals who also happen to be twin sisters of our amazing staff,” said Access CEO Andrea Kerekes.
Ditto will specialise in consumer and digital communications. Foundation clients include Hershey’s Double Choc Mint Cookies, Doublemint Gum, and the agency will represent the man behind the infamous YouTube Double Rainbow clip, Yosemitebear62.
Access already has a strong network of sister agencies in Melbourne with Propeller PR, New York with DGC Communications, and London with Eulogy, but Ditto is the agency’s first fully owned subsidiary company.
The foundation team of three, including account director Susan Boyd (sister of Access senior account manager Samantha Boyd), account manager Lisa Minns, (sister of Access account executive Laura Minns), and account executive Rose McKenzie (sister of Access senior account manager Rachael McKenzie) will work out of separate premises.
“I have an identical twin sister myself and always wanted to work with her. Unfortunately she is in jail but as soon as she is released I will look to bring her on board,” added Kerekes.
