Andrea co-founded Access – now Access-DGC – in 2008 and has grown the business with her dedicated and dynamic team to now include some of the country’s leading brands and high-profile organisations as clients. She has more than 25 years’ experience in public relations, copywriting and journalism across both consumer and corporate areas, and is passionate about the agency’s singular purpose of helping clients succeed. In 2017, she formed a joint venture with New York agency DiGennaro Communications (DGC) where she is now based.
Nichola is one of Australia’s most respected PR executives with a 20-year background in journalism, copywriting and as founder and owner of her own successful PR agency Propeller PR, which she sold in 2016. Nichola brings a level of creativity and big picture, strategic thinking to the agency and her work has won numerous awards here and internationally, including the only Black Pencil for PR at D&AD in 2017.
Rachael is a highly experienced and well-connected publicist and communications specialist. She has worked on a wide range of consumer, not-for-profit and business clients at the agency since first joining in 2012, including strategic PR campaign planning and implementation, media and blogger outreach, and event management.
Rachel de Graaf is communications specialist with over nine years experience and has worked on brands spanning arts and culture, food and beverage, and hospitality and travel. Throughout her career she has led complex integrated campaigns for major international brands, developing strategies across earned, owned and paid that created behaviour change and delivered tangible business results.
At Access-DGC, she combines big agency experience with an entrepreneurial spirit to bring her clients insights-driven campaigns and strategic communications solutions. Rachel spent her formative years moving frequently around the world, an upbringing that has given her a broad understanding and authentic curiousity in people and culture, not to mention a love of travel. She believes that every brilliant campaign starts with an understanding of culture and a killer audience insight. Beyond work, Rachel is a committee member for the MCA Young Ambassador Program and is undertaking a Masters degree at UNSWA&D.
Fiona has more than 13 years of PR and marketing experience in both Australia and the UK specialising in media management, social media strategies, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and development of global strategies. Strong digital experience in agencies has seen Fiona develop a highly integrated approach between earned and owned media, bringing seamless solutions to consumer brands.
Simon is a highly respected former senior journalist and editor with BRW and The Australian Financial Review. He has extensive experience as a senior strategic communications and marketing consultant with major corporations, in particular, Sydney Airport where he is based. His specialties include stakeholder management, reputation management and corporate communications strategy.
Since founding New York-based agency DGC in 2006, Sam’s energy, creativity and vision have driven the PR agency’s culture and set the tone for deep and longstanding client, press, industry and influencer relations.
Named a 2016 Top Woman in PR by PR News and a 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Stevie Awards, her leadership has led to DGC’s placement on the INC 5000 list of America’s Fastest Growing Companies each of the past five years
